      Avantages

      Many of the pathologists are great to work for and the benefits are decent.

      Inconvénients

      - Salaries are way lower than industry standard - Half of the C suite are dishonest, greedy, figure heads that are there to push their own agenda and bring in their own cronies. Nothing is above book or transparent here

      I recently started working with the company. I’m in training, and everyone is so kind and helpful, training is going smoothly.

      Inconvénients

      No lunch break for the Yakima 1 & 2 route.

      Avantages

      Was once a high-caliber company and set the example for independent AP labs nationwide. The culture here prior to CEO, Tom Rehwald's departure was second-to-none and I was so proud to work for this company. Felt like we actually positively impacted patient care.

      Inconvénients

      Incompetent and conniving executive leadership ran the company into the ground in short order, all enabled by ignorant physician owners. This is the saddest case study in how toxic leadership can rapidly destroy a legacy. Employees were treated like chattel, they quit paying shareholders, and service to customers declined fast.
