Avantages
Strong Suite of Products - for the most part, the legacy of the previous owner and former employees. Fantastic Customer Base. Exposure to lots of interesting Tech. As with any company there are some truly decent human beings working in the trenches.
Inconvénients
Acquired by Volaris (Constellation Software) so this is primarily a financial play, not a technology led company now. Existing assets (Products, Customers, Employees) are being worked to the max. Ruled (as distinct from led) by a ruthless cabal of AMDOCS alumni, relentless in their pursuit of short term profit, presumably to boost shareholder value. Employees being asked to do more and more with less and less. No critical conversations entertained. Do as you are told or you will be replaced is the general message. Colleagues disappear without any notice on a regular basis. Details of the financials are closely guarded which cast doubt on the correctness of the various ratios driving the business. No company values - what company doesn't publish a list of values these days? All that said, if you go in with your eyes open and can stomach the cynical "leadership", you will learn heaps in the technology space and get to work with some wonderful people on the customer side at least. The whole fake review business is unsavory. I'd give it 2/3 stars but feel I have to go lower to compensate.
