      Avantages

      Good company for freshers to learn and grow.

      Inconvénients

      No increment was provided despite hard work and dedication. The management did not value employee efforts properly. Growth opportunities were very limited. The overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this company for long-term career growth.

      Avantages

      you can get away with murder as long as it looks like your working. Very relaxed policy regarding getting time off. All you have to do is ask. coworkers who are your peers make this job bearable.

      Inconvénients

      No room for advancement unless you suck up to the owners. Random and backdated policy changes mean you lose out on vacation time owed to you. No positive feedback. The only feedback that you receive is when you have screwed up.
