Avantages

Good people work there, but want to leave and are stuck due to non-compete and owners rep for taking people to court. Pay attention to what other negative reviews say.

Inconvénients

No support from CEO. No leadership. No training. Non compete is strict. He's sue-happy. Minimal PTO. No bereavement or jury duty leave. No consistent policies. The Non compete alone is NOT worth it. You can not work for any customer of theirs for 2 years. You cannot work for a business that competes against IP Pathways. HIGH turnover. 22 people in the last 6 months or so.
