      Pay is somewhat fair in comparison to other companies in this industry.

      Inconvénients

      Management is sometimes disconnected from what is going on. No feedback on job performance. You think you are doing a good job....then smack! and you get told that you are doing something completely wrong!

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
