Avantages
My review will be biased, clearly. :) My goal has always been to be a place where we are the foundation, supporting our people and partners to increase everyone's success and happiness. Every decision is made with the individual in mind, and I truly believe this is a company where our professionals come first. I am not afraid of firing bad clients. I am not afraid of turning away projects or money. I'm not always right, but I learn quickly and celebrate failures as an opportunity to be better and continually make Howdy the best place to work. Work is never ideal, but I want to make it as close to ideal as possible.
Inconvénients
We're a multi-national company growing quickly, and with that growth come growing pains. I believe we're on the right track and making many investments in systems to streamline processes & other pain points. For some, this can be exciting as they'll get to be on the ground floor of helping build a billion-dollar multi-national company, and for others, I can imagine this could be a point of friction or frustration. But I will say, I care and listen to everyone's feedback and input. We are smarter together.
