Avantages

easily hired, don't really need any qualifications and no background checks are run

Inconvénients

Manager was completely unprofessional and unethical... she gossiped about employee's personal conversations with her to the other employees, was unsupportive and not accommodating when someone tried to talk to her about a mental health issue they were struggling with, knew that housekeeping employees where not changing the sheets, bedding, and pillow cases between DIFFERENT guests' stays in a room-and, did not confront these employees and stop this from continuing to happen. Housekeepers pay here is based on how QUICKLY you clean a room. If you do not clean so many rooms per hour, you are terminated. This obviously leads to very low cleanliness levels in the rooms, and, guests unknowingly sharing sheets and pillowcases with uncountable strangers.
