      Avantages

      The management seems to actually care about the employees and they treated everyone very well

      Inconvénients

      They were acquired by acrisure a few years ago and not much changed, but I feel as if the higher ups don't care as much about the employees anymore.

      Avantages

      Pay and retirement programs are pretty good, along with flexibility of schedule & time off. Technology is good & they provide resources for development. Most colleagues are quite personable.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management lacks leadership & direction. They surround themselves with all the wrong people & do not listen to any constructive feedback. They are enamored with fluff, but lack substance.
