      Avantages

      - Great people with family atmosphere - Impressive client base full of Fortune 500 companies in many different verticals. - Senior Leadership values employees ideas and insights - The clients and work is challenging and rewards. All employees are dedicated to their work and want what is best for HMI's clients

      Inconvénients

      -As any growing company, processes and responsibilities can be undefined or change. You need to be able to jump in and get your hands dirty. - Everyone works really hard and is dedicated, but it can be stressful during the busy seasons. - Office has gone through some construction (re-modeling and expansion) which has made for some difficult days to concentrate.

      Avantages

      During my time at HMI, I enjoyed both personal and professional growth. I was fortunate to work alongside colleagues who were eager to lend a helping hand and contribute to my development.

      Inconvénients

      While there wasn't much to dislike about the job, at times I felt there wasn't enough work to keep me busy.

      Good customers, solid flow of information, some tenured employees with a plethora of knowledge

      Inconvénients

      Pay, Work environments, minimal management supervision, nothing that held management to a kind and structured standard. Favoritism, no training, minimal structure across the board
