Great team culture, lots of support and opportunities to grow. Developers are encouraged to step into projects or technologies they don't much about and build their knowledge and skills. Innovation events throughout the year create space for dev-led initiatives.
Inconvénients
The projects are complex, with often shifting priorities and sometimes poorly defined business processes to build upon. It makes the role challenging, and developers can often play the role of business analysts as part of the discovery.
