While the company offers good learning opportunities, there are areas that could be improved. Job security can be a concern due to recent layoffs. Access to AI tools and subscriptions is limited and not available to all employees, which can impact productivity and learning. Compensation does not always seem aligned with individual contributions and performance. Despite consistently delivering strong results and taking on significant responsibilities, I feel that my compensation has not reflected my level of contribution.
