      Avantages

      The ability to work remotely.

      Inconvénients

      Red flags: 1. Lied to me during the interview about the company culture. 2. Everyone, including upper management, gossips about each other. Truly unprofessional. 3. Boasts about "work/life balance", which does not exist 4. Extremely unorganized. Would get hit with a surprise project at 5pm on Friday that needed to be done that night. 5. Won't take feedback seriously.

      Good work culture and is almost fully remote.

      Inconvénients

      They only have one client, so the health of the company is strongly tied to that client.
