      I'm glad CEO keeps the staff up to date on how the company is doing, even if it means disclosing closing its doors.

      Inconvénients

      HR is family. Investors are family. Engineers are family. Merit and experience are not values at this company.

      Avantages

      This is a fast paced company and you need to be sharp to keep up. It is friendly and team oriented here. Evolves to meet new markets/demands. Great opportunities if you are able and willing to go for it. Also, what you think matters.

      Inconvénients

      Market is ever-changing, you have to stay on your toes to keep up. Very fast paced, which can be great but also can be a challenge. If you are smart and hard working, you will like it!
