Avantages

The overall environment is relatively relaxed within the offices and not a ton of micro-managing.

Inconvénients

Company does not give many opportunities to advance and likes to underpay (especially for young women or anyone that is a recent college graduate). Also onboarding training system is not well organized or maintained and does not lead to employees feeling comfortable in their roles once training is complete.

Avantages

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Inconvénients

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
