      1. Petrol and car allowance are given for travelling 2.Flexible working hours should there is progress at site and no issues to be solved at site.

      Inconvénients

      1. High work pressure due to incompetent DOM and no team work from QS and designers 2.Requires to work full day on Saturday and Sunday if there are site issues 3.No proper structure is given for career progression and salary is lower than the market rate.
