Avantages
For me, it's the culture that makes FORMA stand out. In a smaller company, you can make or break it depending on if your staff enjoy their workplace. Salaries, benefits, location, etc. all play a role in the decision, but I've never worked anywhere where people would stay long-term in a toxic environment. FORMA really goes out of its way to make employees, and contractors, feel valued, heard, and important. Every person who works here is a vital resource and contributes to the company's success.
Inconvénients
It can be tough working at a smaller company, because we're constantly striving to do more with less. If you're looking for a comfortable job where you ghost in at 9 and punch out at 5, this is not the place for you. Some days will be long but the work we do is vital to patients and everyone is committed to making drugs that are impactful to them.
