      Avantages

      I love the people I work with. They are smart, dedicated, and know the Salesforce and nonprofit ecosystems well. HR is surprisingly compassionate. A lot of transparency / goals to increase inclusions.

      Inconvénients

      Shifting priorities, in a time of change, some teams don’t get as many work life balance opportunities as other teams.

      Avantages

      Tons of extremely intelligent and helpful coworkers. Great opportunities for professional advancement and training. Fully remote work environment. A certified B corp that's genuinely trying to make the world a better place. Exciting opportunities to solve unique challenges. Damaris (Customer Success Director) and Mandy (HR) are fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      No transparency about salary. No flexibility to work overseas. Most conversations with coworkers are over text which makes good soft skills imperative.

      A revolving door. They cannot keep senior leadership. CEO pushes product that will literally kill his company.
