      Avantages

      Although remote now, the teams and overall synergies are some of the best I've been involved with. Decision making process / hierarchy is better than it's ever been.

      Avantages

      Excel Micro had a vast amount of autonomy from their parent company which is leading to a number of internal projects and digital transformation; this is a great help to increase customer experience

      Inconvénients

      For many years, Excel Micro's parent company did not invest into the business leaving them far behind the competition in a number of categories... the aforementioned internal projects are reversing this poor oversight.

      Very knowledgeable people in pre-sales that do a lot in helping you to understand the products being sold.

      Inconvénients

      Zero marketing support for sales. Very competitive industry. You're a channel salesman / reseller.
