      Avantages

      It appears as though anyone they will accept anyone they like (as in socially, not professionally) who they interview with off the street--Prior experience doesn't matter.

      Inconvénients

      -Incredibly unprofessional management. One of their operations directors worked at a supermarket before running a major division... -Management appears to have this zen philosophy about training: they will not tell you what you aren't picking up until it is too late--then slowly alienate you until they feel like firing you.

      Great benefits. Lots of PTO and other perks that most don't have.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of micro-managing and measuring company success on a quarterly basis.

      Avantages

      Dynamic Logic has a great culture- it is informal, young and flexible- and there isn't much separation between workers at level of the company on a day to day basis. Working from home occasionally is a great perk too! Quarterly bonus are nice too-- as long as business is up.

      Inconvénients

      One downside of working at Dynamic Logic is "AdIndex" wearout (fatigue of writing the same type of report over and over). Another is that people seem to be promoted more based on time at the company more than performance.
