I feel challenged on an individual level. I have grown tremendously and have a better understanding of my strengths and weaknesses. My position has allowed me to practice autonomy and not be micromanaged. I feel it pushed me to learn to fly...I eventually soared. I am grateful to have been pushed in that way otherwise I would not have discovered my potential. The job is not easy. I work very hard but at the end of the day I know I make a difference in my team members lives as well as our students. That has been priceless to me. Pros Making a difference in others lives. High expectations which pushes you to your potential.
