Although the emotional wounds have healed, their scars will last in perpetuity as a reminder of the cruelty and the psychological torture that I endured while working for such a horrible company. Every day that I walked into work, I felt as though I was walking into an angry Hornet's nest. The attacks were unrelenting and coming from all directions (both verbal and emails) and there was nothing I could do to mitigate it, except try to endure the gauntlet until the end of the day. At Diosynth, meanness, nastiness, and latent hostility serve as coin of the realm and a few of them there have the delusional belief that they have amassed a small fortune being that way to others. Meanness, nastiness also serves as the bedrock foundation and the cornerstone to the hyper toxic work environment that is diosynth. Since management refuses to deal with this it often goes unchecked. Therefore, the victims often suffer in silence and just try to make it through each day. They put on the façade of a smile holding back the tears of pain and just hoping to make it through one more day.
