Big focus on company culture. Lots of positive, energetic people willing to share knowledge. Company never had a shortage of work demand and you will learn a ton.

Sales team would sometimes sell a project or package without checking to see if the rest of the teams had capacity to work with the client. This lead to departments having to juggle extra projects and exceed their specified client load.

Such a tight-knit family at Digitopia. The team is comprised of rock stars who are not divas. Everyone is super talented, cares about what they do, and invest whole-heartedly into the success of this agency. Company culture is fantastic. Training and mentorships is great. Having processes and frameworks is key to our client success. Executive team that fully support the team and works hard to clear roadblocks and minimize stress. But it's still a small agency, so fast-pace is the norm, but in a controlled way.

Benefits could use some work. While being a small agency has its pros, it also has its cons as you can feel it when during difficult periods, like the pandemic. I think it's also hard to retain top talent from a pay perspective with it being so competitive right now. But that is off-set with other perks, such as work-life balance, great culture, etc.
