      - Tons of opportunity to grow for the right personalities - Kind and caring co-workers who always try to do the right thing for our patients - Generous compensation - Great work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      - Lack of leadership diversity (most senior leaders are white, straight males) - Lack of processes can be frustrating - Sub-par medical benefits and 401K offerings

      Avantages

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
