Avantages
I joined Datel just under a year ago from another Sage partner and it's been a breath of fresh air. Everything is managed and run properly, salary and benefits are good and colleagues and managers are all impressively knowledgeable and professional always striving for the highest performance, and also customer experience which I find inspiring. From what knowledge I have definitely the strongest partner in and I every intention of staying as I doubt I'll find anything on the same level anywhere else in the channel.
Inconvénients
I wasn't a fan of the lack of flexible working when I first joined, however I've come to appreciate the organisation and structure this helps provide and now actually prefer it compared to the alternative.
