      Avantages

      It is in a small market so the pay rate is higher than in a larger market like Atlanta. The rehab director has been very flexible with my work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      It is a for profit hospital so they are not willing to spend money on equipment or aides.

      Avantages

      I do not know anymore...use to be the pay but they even changed the pay scales.

      Inconvénients

      unfairness. benefits are ridiculous. want you to work for nothing. hostile work environment. HORRIBLE HR. all about the profit over care of employees and patients. unsafe nursing. no flexibility. rigid with time/attendance. rude co-workers and management (although they smile in your face)
