Avantages

Great marketing team, great technical team and technical assets.

Inconvénients

Ask yourself: When great people are stuck with a pathetically under equipped leader, what would the likely outcome be? In his pursuit of success equivalent to his brother's incredible success, the CEO has turned himself into an Industry meme. Educate yourself on Narcissistic behavior before making a decision on this organization. The hard truth is SaaS is hard and the CEO isn't familiar with how to execute when his brother isn't steering. It hurts my heart that great people feel stuck with this kind of executive. Silicon Slopes is filled with promising startups and great investors (some of which were duped by this CEO)...go there.

Avantages

The culture here is amazing. I brag all the time about how amazing the culture within the org and our team. Everyone is collaborative. No team is idolized more than any other. It's understood that each team is important to the success of the business and it's often talked about in company meetings. We have a lot of great people on the team who can see the bigger picture and want to keep pushing to make it better.

Inconvénients

Typical start-up struggles. Still finding their flow but I see improvements week over week with finding our groove.

They pay well enough, I'd say

Inconvénients

Management appears to be hell bent on destroying trust at every angle. They don't operate in profit, so they get funding, and they're stressed beyond belief and take it out on their employees. They advertise "unlimited time off" and what they mean is 1) never take PTO or we'll hold it against you and 2) when you leave the company, since you didn't have a set number of PTO days, you don't get paid for them. Saves them money, which seems to be all they care about. They set up "mandatory" meetings that they are late for or skip completely, on the regular. And if they're late, once they arrive, now that they're there, they demand you hurry into their office immediately and "why weren't you there earlier?" They demand that you ask questions so that you can learn enough to finish the project, and if you ask questions then you aren't smart enough to figure things out on your own and you're on watch and about to be fired. Also, they throw around the word "fired" (and every other offensive word they can think of) as often as they can. It's a toxic environment, to say the least.
