      Avantages

      CEO gives job to anyone who he thinks needs one

      Inconvénients

      Zero vision, extremely poor management. Openly lies to clients about product capabilities, promises things that are impossible to deliver, beats up deliver teams, no breaks to anyone, product is terrible and unstable most of the time, CEO has no clue about good leadership. Places value on loyalty only. Please don’t join this company as you will start to doubt your own abilities.. Mostly sadistic team. Cheats people out of money.

      Avantages

      1. You get to learn things by figuring them out yourself, often with little/no guidance. 2. Exposure to different tools and technologies. 3. Opportunity to wear multiple hats (mostly out of necessity, not design).

      Inconvénients

      No proper structure or processes in place; chaos is often the norm. HR is highly unresponsive and unprofessional, follow-ups are often delayed or ignored. Feedback is not welcomed; employees who raise concerns risk being laid off. Hardworking and ethical employees are not valued; recognition is rare. As per CEO hardworking is working like a beast for full 24 hours and replying to emails at 2 AM is hardwork. Toxic culture that favours office politics and backstabbing over merit and contribution. Leadership expects professionalism from employees but fails to provide a professional environment. Reflects a typical outdated mindset, hierarchy and favoritism matter more than skill or effort.
