      exposure to various domains, travel opportunities, possible change of roles and explore other lines of business within the organisation

      Inconvénients

      not much choice of projects, some of the middle tier managers are unprofessional, biased, long working hours, gruesome projects, politics between service lines - you might end up being at the receiving end...

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
