      1.Need to fill in 45 hours per week even though you are on bench. 2. No hikes. 3. 100% variable is like a dream.

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
