      No pay rise in 2yrs (nothing for inflation), minimal promotion prospects. No opportunity to get external qualifications that they advertised at interview

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
