Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Pros: Culture, the people, the VNA product and flexibility to participate in whatever means appropriate to do our jobs as sales folks.
Inconvénients
Cons: Mislead on where the company was going. Japan hired a bunch of consultants to pay them a lot of money to tell them what they tell all their clients... cut payroll and reduce your products to conserve money. Japan only made one real year effort to break into the PACS/VNA market and gave up after just over a year. Then did a second mass RIF that impacted 42 people.
