      Avantages

      Kept busy, the technologies manufactured are interesting. the health care benifits are great. Overall a friendly work environment. Plenty of opportunities to interface with other departments.

      Inconvénients

      Some lack of commitment to keep some equipment up to date. Not all supervisors are as well prepared for thier jobs as others. Subject to normal manufacturing pushes (end of month, end of quarter ets..)

      Great employer, great people. Lots of opportunity for advancement. Good training program.

      Avantages

      The people are fantastic to work with. Majority of us work as a team to get things done. I have an excellent boss who helps get the job complete when needed. Our Boss works well with the employee and is always there with the door open to all of us. Our VP is also great. He takes time 2 or 3 times a week to visit us, to see how things are.

      Inconvénients

      There is not many downsides working here.. Although I would like to know if our salaries are competitive.
