      Mentoring, check ins, internship opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Pay (basically unlivable compared to cost of living in Boston), toxic VPs, high school leveled cliques, boring clients, DEI initiatives are nonexistent (all talk), work life balance? There is none. I would wake up at 2am with panic attacks, constant late nights.
