Bad place to work at with bad management. The owner-Niddhi Mittal thinks she's god and knows everything. She won't take anyone else's opinions over what she thinks. Moreover, she'll expect you to do overtime every day and leave late at night even after knowing that the area isn't safe. There's no work-life balance. She'll keep on asking you to introspect but won't do it herself as to why employees hate her and why people leave the organization. She'll bring in unrealistic projects and will expect you to work for 10-10 hours on weekends also. Moreover, she wants you to work even after you reach home and if you don't, she'll question you like what were you doing, why weren't you doing office work. Coming to the HR, she's a hypocrite and a puppet of the boss. She'll pretend to be sweet and understanding in front of you. However, she'll closely monitor everything that's happening in the office and will narrate each and everything to the boss.
