Avantages
- team culture: very good, I really enjoy coming to work every day (sociable people, everyone is supporting each other, great environment) - flat organisation: as it's a small company, you can easily change things and be part of the improvement process, short ways to management, sometimes mid-management level would be an advantage - career progression: if you work hard, it will be appreciated > quick career progression possible - fruit, water, coffee, tea, snacks for free in the office
Inconvénients
- processes: some work flows need improvement (sometimes too much admin) and you have to be flexible as well (not necessarily con) because Bookboon is very open to try new software or procedures so processes can change quickly - software systems: some software like CRM needs improvement > BUT addressing that to management, they are working on it - training methods: could be bit more organised (currently mainly internal training, an external sales trainer could be effective as well + more structure)
