      This company has an amazing culture and is filled with driven, high quality people that are a pleasure to be around. The income opportunities are real. Not just talk. BRC also delivers excellent training as well support ensuring success. Most importantly, the best leads I’ve seen, which makes it much easier to focus on selling and growing rather than prospecting nonstop. Overall, a great place to build a long-term career.

      Inconvénients

      None. It is by far the best opportunity I have come across in the industry when it comes to growth. Stay motivated, remain coachable, sky’s the limit.

      Starting level position. Performance requirements were completely unrealistic with no one meeting requirements to move up to a selling position. While employed, there was one manager in charge of training and pitching all the deals for approx 15 agents. Hopefully things are better here now for anyone considering this position. The best part of this job by far were the other BDR agents but that’s not a reason to work here.
