The product itself can be interesting to learn about, especially if you’re interested in data, insights, and market research.
Inconvénients
The target expectations were unrealistic and, in my experience, not fully aligned with the level of training, support, or resources given.
Management became less supportive over time, which made it difficult to improve or feel set up for success.
There was pressure to hit numbers, but not enough consistent coaching or constructive feedback.
The SDR role often felt isolating, especially when expectations increased but support decreased.
