      Avantages

      They pay above minimum wage, but still well below what one would make at a reputable company. Health benefits are OK.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover rate. Low moral in the office. Underpaid, considering we work on behalf of the major Canadian banks. Repetitive work. No room to grow unless you're friends with someone in management. Socializing is heavily discourage. Many people keep looking for work after being employed by them for about a year. Rules do not seem to apply to those who have personal ties with anyone in management.

      Avantages

      Working at ASSET provided the opportunity to learn a lot about the world of education. You were able to identify strategies to better improve teacher performance... and act on it.

      Inconvénients

      Different departments were treated differently when it came to schedules, hours, expectations and overall experience. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
