      Avantages

      The technology and internal processes are awesome. Many smart people around. Great learning experience and many ways to communicate. Ownership of the product from requirements to deployment.

      Inconvénients

      No clear career path. Lack of any recognition. Boss would not ever say anything positive. I guess those are problems of specific team.

      I got paid weekly, there was a $2 premium for night shifts.

      Inconvénients

      The only con was the 2 hour commute to and from work.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
