At the same time, we take concerns regarding advancement opportunities, management practices, communication, scheduling, and employee support seriously. As a service-based organization, staffing levels and overtime opportunities are often driven by client needs, contractual requirements, and operational demands. While overtime may be available in certain situations, our goal is to distribute assignments fairly while maintaining adequate coverage for our clients. We understand that individual experiences may vary, and we continually evaluate our scheduling and staffing practices to ensure they remain effective and equitable.
