      Attention to what produces quickly and pays month in and month out on net new contracts in a healthcare niche market

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of focus on ROI balancing with funding to test demand gen for new business and cross-sell/up-sell with existing accounts

      - Good exposure of work - Good place for learning from scratch - Time flexibility - Learning and implementation of new project or product

      - Work pressure is much - Missing organized way working culture - Proper planning to do work is missing. So some time customer we have to fight hard to meet customer deadline
