Avantages
Nice location. Sometimes the work is interesting (but depends on your luck).
Inconvénients
The culture at Adsys is very demoralizing and toxic. Business-wise, the company keeps struggling to bring in new contracts and stay afloat. The CEO has a tendency to micromanage and verbally abuse his employees. This all leads to a very high turnover rate, with a good number of employees leaving in less than a year.
