      Heaps of autonomy, research area brings unique challenges to solve. Broad range of responsibilities to handle in any work area.

      Inconvénients

      Could be too fast paced for some, a lot of work needed and often have to reprioritize to get the more urgent things done. Could be stretched thin with task management being left to the individual.
