      Avantages

      - Amazing boss and management, they are definitely a level above in terms of engagement and assistance to their juniors - Great Team environment, Everyone is actually open to assist you and help you when needed with no judgments, it helps foster a good trust and bond between the Newcomers and the seniors -Accomodating for circumstances, If required the management team will certainly do their best to assist you in order to make sure you get to work in a way that works best for you. -Decent Bonus given at regular intervals. -Amazing work-life balance, There is a very strict line between professional and personal time which I really respect.

      Inconvénients

      -The work from office policy leaves a little to be desired, While they are accomodating for emergency occasions, would love to see more freedom regarding where you can work if possible.

      Thank you for sharing feedback! You've touched on many areas that relate to our culture and the flexibility that we provide to our employees! We balance this flexibility with a hybrid model that benefits the company and the employee by being in the office three days a week and working from home two days a week. This gives us the ability to learn and grow from each other while we grow the business! Thank you for being apart of our team and making us better!

      Avantages

      The NOC team works closely together, and knowledge-sharing is encouraged. Senior analysts and team leads are approachable and always willing to help troubleshoot complex issues. Supervisors are generally supportive and open to feedback. Daily performance reviews/data help keep track of progress and goals.

      Inconvénients

      Repetitive Tasks: Much of the job involves monitoring alerts and following standard procedures.
