Avantages
Upper levels of management, including President and founders are very accessible and provide constructive and helpful feedback. This company isn't afraid to invest time and resources into employee training, and readily make themselves available if you need some guidance. President is warm and regularly treats the staff to lunches, dinners and homemade treats.
Inconvénients
You will pour extra hours and days into the work and the expectations are high, but that's the nature of recruiting. Your efforts never go unnoticed, however, and are almost always acknowledged/rewarded. Commissions ARE generated, if you're willing to put in the work.
