Avantages
*Great non-management coworkers.* There are lots of smart, fun, honest people working at AIBioTech across the board, sadly, they are the only real positive to working here. -The lab people are for the most part brilliant and great peers, lots of motivated young people who all get a long and have a good time. -The account support and billing teams are good to work with and professional and do accurate reliable work. -IT staff is VERY EASY to work with and are a lot better than most I've ever worked with. That said, the tech support guys are very creepy and stereotypical. Just hope your computer never breaks! -HR/Payroll are all great too!
Inconvénients
*Almost everything else.* -Poor pay. -Poor planning. -Uncertain financial future. -Poor compliance. -Sub-standard and expensive medical benefits. -No retirement. -No training. -Terrible vacation. (6 days a year) -Old facilities. -Old equipment. *Management* -By far the worst thing about this place. The entire upper management acts somewhere along the lines of spoiled toddlers and con-men. -Totally disconnected from the staff. -No long term planning or strategy. -Liars. They will call teams together and blatantly lie to everyone about lab/company happenings in attempts to improve morale or keep people from leaving. -Never ending wage freezes, no adherence to their own stated employee promotion/review/appraisal/training practices. -Willingness to engage in murky ethics and compliance areas to make profit, -Profits clear priority over science and quality.
