The work at ARM is technically challenging, which attracts the brightest minds in the field. While the work is difficult and at times can be stressful, it can be quite rewarding to know that your efforts have impacted billions of people around the globe. We do balance the stress that comes with the job with generous PTO, which we encourage everyone to take off for a healthy work-life balance. Since you have been with ARM for 10 years, you should have had two 4-week sabbaticals, and in two more years, you’ll have another!
