Up side: Good bonus system, good stock option. Gym is on the site so there is no requirement to get other membership. Clinic is on site and if you do not want to go to clinic you can use an application that connects you to nurse. Their response is so quick. Fruits every tuesday and bagel day on last friday of the month. Ubisoft have excellent summer and christmas parties. There are many other parties like Children (where you can come with your partner and ofcourse kids) and department parties. Downside: RRSP matching could have been better as company matches 20% of what you put. This could go higher depending on your position and level. No free coffees

These are very good props for a private enterprise. Compared to other game studio? Meh, maybe it's less spectacular, but hey, they manage over 3 000 employees at that studio, you can't give everyone a pool table! Very nice insurances, the gym is great, plenty of activities, parties are awesome (but less if you hate crowded parties?..) salary is fine. Less interesting, again, than smaller studio, but you get to share the toughest part of the job with others. So it's usually an excellent deal to raise a family and be simply happy in your life.

Health insurance plan is not bad at all. Covers everything for a small fee on your weekly pay. Vacations are pretty much standard. Unlimited sick days is pretty good. Pension Fund is greatly appreciated as well and the chance to invest in the company.
