I'm offered a base salary and there's company benefits that are competitive. Some companies dont offer a benefits package so happy I received one.
Pension scheme and Flexible working is great. More money for training would be nice.
Good number of holiday days, duvet days, free toast and fruit, health insurance.
Pension contributions are generous and the healthcare is also good.
Best thing is Duvet Day's. Worst thing is company phone which is out dated and hardly ever works!
Plenty of perks but only beneficial for mid to senior management. Private health insurance has expensive premium, WFH only offered at those levels and corporate gym membership is expensive (but has got much better).
It covers more than most companies - private medical aid, gym package, discounts at stores, pension fund. The only thing missing, in my mind, is a 13th cheque.
Duvet days (two per year - just ring up in the morning and say you're not coming in), generous pension, holiday allowance increasing with loyalty, discounted gym membership, free fruit, beer o'clock on a Friday, life assurance and season ticket loans are all fantastic. Lieu days are given for weekend work. We also get the period between Christmas and New Year off on top of the holiday allowance.
Great for working parents - flexible working & working from home Not a lot of annual leave when you first start but improves with longer service
Help is there, such as gym membership, bike scheme, health plans etc... but is often only discounted by a small amount.
