    You only accrue vacation time at your hourly rate. It's great that we get it at all, as it's not common in the service industry for a good service professizonal, but since servers only make minimum wage without tips, we only accumulate time off at about $7.50 an hour. It's just not financially doable to take time off at this rate, so the vacation pay ends up being just pennies on the dollar bonus. No guaranteed sick days, so you better save your tips. The benefits are probably good if you can get full time status, but as a banquet server it's very hard to have a consistent schedule and they don't really schedule anyone full time except for the banquet manager who is salaried. It's hard to get clear answers on how benefits work. Accounting is nice but pretty clueless/sometimes misinformed and HR is offsite in Denver.

    There are a lot of options available, but the pricing per pay period could be better. Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Supplemental Life, Pet Insurance and 401k plans available. Also Parental Leave is available for salaried employees after one year of employment.
